4. Development Goal for 2019/2020
At Bladins, trusting and responsible leadership is exercised at all
levels in the chain of command. It is based on an assignment
familiarity where the child and student's development and
learning are always at the center.
Within the organisation, there is a continuous quality follow-up
that forms the basis for a demand-driven distribution of material
and intangible resources, with the aim to optimise the child's and
student's potential development and learning.
