ORGANIZATIONAL
ATTITUDE
Organizational attitude refers to the beliefs,
values, and perceptions that employees hold
about their organization.
Organizational attitude influences the way
employees think, feel, and behave, as well as
their level of commitment and engagement with
the organization.
Organizational attitude can be influenced by
various factors such as the leadership style, the
organizational structure, the work environment,
the communication channels, and the level of
employee empowerment.
Positive organizational attitudes can lead to
increased job satisfaction, motivation, and
performance, as well as decreased turnover and
absenteeism.
By creating a positive organizational attitude,
organizations can increase employee
engagement, productivity, and overall success.
it is important for leaders and managers to foster
a positive organizational attitude by promoting a
culture of respect, collaboration, and
transparency, as well as providing opportunities
for employee development, recognition, and
empowerment.
