• Alcoholism and its harmful effects etc.
10. Addressing the agriculture related problems
• Made them aware about organic farming, AGRI
APP, etc.
• It is an Online farming marketplace bringing Kisan,
farming input/output, government service on an
online platform. It also provides chat option for
farmers. Kisan can easily chat with an expert of
agriculture using this app.
• Tried to convince them not to burn the stubble so
that pollution can be reduced. Instead they should
make its manure.
• Made them aware of disguised unemployment.
11. Addressing the administrative problems
ITENDRA CHARNAN GRAM
PANCHAYAT
GOVERNMENT SCHOOL ITENDRA
CHARNAN
• The sarpanch is a lady named Chauthidevi. But she
rarely comes to the office as disclosed by the
secretary.
• His husband proxy represents her which shows that
still administrative reforms like reservation has legal
loopholes which need to be addressed.
• Teachers were not coming to the schools regularly as I
discussed with few students and also during this
pandemic no online instructions were provided.
12. Conclusion
• People in villages are mostly friendly and what they need is
just a helping hand.
• By analyzing the various aspects of problems we can
categorize the problems and solve them accordingly.
• Farmers were unaware about various apps, gadgets etc. so to
make them aware about those things was challenging.
• People are not familiar with online banking methods , bill
payment , booking ,etc.
• With acknowledging the problems at least the 1st step is
achieved and hopefully they would be solved in future.
