Project Brief A study on Purpose of HR Department.
Findings
• HR department acted as a bridge between workers and
management.
• In Supreme training and development are held time to time.
• Employee grievances were solved by huge attention and also it is
very important to keep the associate and executive staff satisfied.
• The Performance Appraisal of employee is evaluated on the basis
of 360 degree feedback or 180 degree feedback.
Key Learning
During my Summer Internship Program I learnt that how to motivate an
employees. Maintaining the attendance sheet of the staff and associates.
Maintaining of the personal files of each employees. Learnt that how to
short listing of the C.V. I observed that there is a good coordination
between employer and employees. Managers treat their employees as a
family member and at the same time employees give their maximum
output.
