What is employability training?
Recruiters will need a variety of general skills in addition to job-specific skills. Often, these job
skills are referred to as "employability skills" or "soft skills". Through employability training,
candidates identify their employability skills, develop self-awareness, and learn sales
techniques.
Getting a job is easier if you have completed the employability training program. Moreover,
they can help you stay employed and move up the corporate ladder. If you land a job interview,
you'll most likely be asked questions about your skills and how to adapt to a new environment.

● Maintaining competitiveness: Having a university education can give you a
competitive edge in the job market. To begin with, you'll be able to apply to positions that
specify that you must be a graduate, and some employers can take into consideration

you have a first-class degree and a relevant academic background, you are likely to
compete against others who have similar academic credentials. Because of this, what

likely to work for many different employers and roles in your career, even if you never
change jobs. Employability skills are valuable since they are transferable skills; you can
apply them no matter the situation.
● Education enhancement: You can obtain a well-rounded education by learning through
a number of different methods (for example, academic study, work experience, and
volunteering). The employability training program allows you to learn by doing practicals,
whether communication skills or self-management.

In almost every field, effective communication is a valuable employability skill. Five components
constitute communication: sender, receiver, message, medium, and feedback. These elements
are essential to delivering and understanding messages effectively, removing unnecessary
misunderstandings and errors.
● Problem-solving
It is possible to stand out from other job applicants when you have problem-solving skills that
can assist your employer in achieving objectives and maintaining an efficient operational
process. Your problem-solving skills can contribute significantly towards overcoming obstacles
and solving complex issues within your team.
● Organization and planning
Organizing and planning effectively is important for you and your employer because it improves
workflow and saves time, effort, and money. Organizing assignments on time is crucial for
preventing errors and misunderstandings that could negatively impact the company.
● Leadership
Leaders benefit organizations in a variety of ways, which is why employers are looking for them.
Leaders are responsible for ensuring that their team works together to achieve the same goals
