2. Tailoring training to individual needs: Teachers come from diverse
backgrounds, and they have different levels of experience and knowledge.
Therefore, in-service teacher training programs should be tailored to meet the
specific needs of each teacher. Teachers should be assessed individually to
identify their strengths and weaknesses, and training programs should be
designed accordingly. This approach will help teachers to acquire the
necessary skills and knowledge that are most relevant to their teaching
context.
3. Encouraging peer learning: Peer learning can be an effective way of
improving teacher performance. Teachers can learn a lot from their peers who
have different experiences and perspectives. Therefore, in-service teacher
training programs should encourage peer learning and collaboration. Teachers
