This document discusses the four main types of composition writing: description, narration, exposition, and argumentation. Description writing aims to vividly describe people, places, experiences, or situations using sensory details. Narration tells a story or personal account in chronological order using events and dialogue. Exposition explains or interprets an idea, concept, or argument through analysis and evidence. Argumentation compares and contrasts two sides of an issue using logical reasoning and support for the author's position. The document provides guidance on how to structure and write for each composition type.
