How to make a household machine which converts the residential waste into plastic cubes which will be further used to make plastic slab used in constructing roads .
2. Aim :-
• To make a Plastic Compression machine which is
very affordable and can be used at home .
• This Machine would take the daily home waste such
as plastic bottles and polythene bags and would
compress them and make it a solid cube of plastic .
• These Plastic cubes are collected and then a giant
slab of Plastic is made which contains hundreds of
small cubes tightly packed .
• This slab is coated with necessary materials and
protective layers and then directly installed as road
blocks .
5. Our Prototype

Our machine has two very basic
components .
1) Shredder
2) Compressor
Shredder will shred the plastic
material into small chunks while
the compressor works on
Hydraulic Compression system
which will compress the Plastic
chunks .
