  1. 1. BUILDER SHINE BUSINESSS PLAN BY : PRIYANSHU TYAGI RACHIT BANSAL RADHIKA SHARMA RAHUL GORI TEAM 10-B
  2. 2. Purpose of the company “We are focused on creating high quality product that will lead to a sustainable environment and will create maximum value addition for its customer”
  3. 3. Problem Statement Due to excessive use of plastic in most of the product, there is a rise in the plastic waste which is non Biodegradable and has become a major problem in cities because of less Availability of dumping ground . Our idea So our idea is to produce bricks and inter locking tiles, which is majorly made of plastics.
  4. 4. 1. • To make use of the large hazardous waste plastic in an effective manner. 2. • To reduce the cost of construction materials by using effective bricks. 3. • Better quality and strength as compared to conventional bricks. OBJECTIVE
  5. 5. 03 06 RAW MATERIALS Plastic waste FLY ash O.P.C cement/Binder powder
  6. 6. Process of making plastic bricks and tiles *First ,we need to collect the plastic waste and separate it from other waste. *Second, we crush plastics waste in fine size particle like 2.5mm. *Third, we need to mix the other items into plastic particles fly ash,O.P.C Cement or Binder powder, some amount of water and mix it well *Then the solution come out from this process we have to compress it in molding machines.
  7. 7. w *After compress from molding machine then it will be remove from the molding and keep it outside in sunlight for 48hrs. “Then the brick or tiles is ready for use.”
  8. 8. This bricks and inter-locking tiles are made up of 30%of plastic waste and 60%of fly ash and 10%of O.P.C Cement # Compressive strength s.no Type of brick Strength in (N/Mm2) 1. Clay bricks 3.15 2. Plastic bricks 5.12 S.n o Type of inter-locking tiles Strength in (N/Mm2) 1. Traditional tiles 20.33 2. Plastic tiles 25.75
  9. 9. Machine require 1.Auto-Matic plastic Crusher. 2. Fully Automatic Brick Making Machine along with Concrete mixtures ,Aggregate bin, Hydraulic hammer and PLC control.
  10. 10. Specification of machine. Automation Grade Automatic Capacity 1000 bricks per hour Brick Type Paver Method Hydraulic Pressure Warranty 1 Year Machine Weight 4800 kg complete plant Power 10 hp only machine Maximum High Pressure 90 ton
  11. 11. STRENGTHS .Reduce environment pollution .Having good compressive strength .Less absorbs of water &light weight S OPPORTUNITIES .All around better recycling possibility of .plastic in the future .Low price of material O WEAKNESSES .Forced use of high safety factor .Trust issue regarding new product .Many substitute available for same product W THREATS .Customer perceptions towards plastic .product image regarding product . T
  12. 12. FINANCING Partners investment – 250000 each • Other part is taken from the government schemes ( Pradhan mantri mudra yojAna) they provide up to ₹500000 after analyze company motive or paper works •
  13. 13. Key features .new development of technology .Use high percentage of plastic Waste. .Reduce the need for natural resources. Compressive strength can be achieve at low cost of production .Government provide 35% subsidy related recycling business of plastic waste
  14. 14. Dis-advantage of clay bricks :- Environment problem Clay bricks produces 42.64 MT co2 under manufacturing process High use of natural resources Clay bricks are made up of soil (which require approval from district mining officer ) Seasonal work Clay bricks are made in season which create fluctuation in rates 226 polluting bricks kilns to be closed in Ghaziabad As U.P pollution control board has order to shutting down of 226 bricks in district
