To whom it may concern,
This letter is to certify that Nalin Dennison was engaged as an independent contractor to White Hot
Marketing Solutions from June 1st to August 9th
Nalin started with us contracting with us in our entry level sales and customer service opening,
interacting with customers on a face-to-face one-on-one level at various event promotions. Although
he had no practical experience in this field, due to his mature approach, determined work ethic and
ability to engage and empathise with a wide range of customers he was immediately successful.
It was due to this success that saw Nalin identified as a potential leader and fast-tracked through our
business development program. It was here that Nalin took on additional responsibilities outside of
maintaining consistency in his own sales. These responsibilities included; planning and running team
meetings, training and developing new contractors and being held responsible for client budgets and
targets.
In his time contracted to my company Nalin was a leader in every sense of the word. He was reliable,
level headed, mature and someone that was held in very high regard within the office. He is leaving
to pursue new opportunities in his chosen field of studies and from both a personal and professional
level, it will be a great loss.
I wish him all the best and have the utmost confidence that Nalin will succeed regardless of whatever
his future may hold.
