Sean McCarthy was employed by Innovative Modular Solutions, Inc. for over fifteen years, from October
1, 2001 through December 31, 2016. Sean was originally hired as a Project and Service Manager and
assumed the role as full‐time Illinois Sales and Project Manager in 2003. Since assuming that role, Sean
has consistently been a top performer, each and every year. He oversaw one of the most profitable
sales territories in the company during his tenure.
Sean has no problem working independently with little direction or oversight from the management
team. He is proactive in managing all aspects of his territory, including business development, sales, and
project management.
During his tenure, Sean’s territory averaged over $3,000,000 in revenues. As a sales manager, Sean met
his base sales goals in all but one year and exceeded his stretch sales goals forty percent of the time.
