Dear Nilmoni,
We are pleased to offer you employment at Aspirtek T (P) Ltd formerly Yuj Systems Pvt.
Ltd. We feel that your skills and background will be a valuable asset to our team. The
position is Business Analyst - Domain Expert/QS, your immediate supervisor will be
Rajan Dwivedi. Your starting date will be August 18th 2014. Your initial appointment
will be on a probationary basis. Based on your performance your position will be
confirmed 6 months after your date ofjoining i.e. from 18th February 2015.
Your salary is Rs. 15,000 (Fifteen thousand only) per month and is paid on a monthly
basis. An additional conveyance & communication allowance of Rs. 1,000 (One thousand
only) per month will be paid. Your total gross monthly salary will be Rs. 16,000 (Sixteen
thousand only), Normal statutory deductions are applicable. You are not eligible for any
vacation during the probationary period. Upon confirmation you will be eligible for l5
days of paid time off as per company policy.
Please note based on your performance and our appraisal your appointment will be
confirmed as Business Analyst - Domain Expert/QS and your salary maybe revised to
the prevailing salary upon completion of your probationary period. Your probationary
period may also be shortened or extended depending upon your performance and our
appraisal.
You will join our Navi Mumbai office. Please note you are liable to be posted at any of
our client sites in India (or abroad) during and after your probationary period. We look
