Dear Sunil,
Congratulations! We are delighted to extend you an offer for the position of Executive. You will be on
probation for a period of six months from the Date of joining. The following is written confirmation regarding
your offer structure.
Compensation Outline
Base Salary Your annualized base salary will be Indian Rupees 1,87,012 (One Lakh Eighty Seven
Thousand Twelve rupees Only) payable monthly from the day you begin full time
employment. This will be considered cost to company compensation. The base salary
will be reviewed annually based on your performance.
Location
You will be working out at our Surat_PC and date of joining will be 22-August-2015.
Performance Reviews
Regular performance reviews will be conducted to assess your performance and suitability. Your performance will
be reviewed on a semi-annual basis in April and October.

Terms & Conditions
1. The details of this offer are valid only for 2 weeks from Date of issue.
2. Candidate has to send a signed copy of acceptance of this letter to HR department, SSN Logistics Pvt.
Ltd, Head Office (Mumbai) within 7 days from date of issue, failing which, the offer will stand null and
void.
3. Under probation period, company can terminate the services of employee on grounds of misconduct,
inefficiency and unscrupulous practices without giving any notice.
4. In case an employee wishes to withdraw his/ her services from the company, he/she may do so by
serving notice period of 30 days from Date of filing resignation or by making the payment of thirty days
basic salary in lieu thereof.
5. Employees joining on/ after 20th day of month will be paid joining month salary with subsequent month
pay outs.
6. Salary and other pay-outs will be deposited only in bank accounts and employee can avail the facility of
opening the same through company.
7. PF and ESI compliances are strictly adhered to and no request for exemption will be entertained.
8. During the period of your service with the firm, you will not engage in any business or undertake any
other job either whole-time or part-time with any other company, firm or person.
9. You shall neither disclose, publish or authorize any one to disclose, publish, either during your tenure or
employment or subsequent thereto any information confidential or otherwise including secret process,
formulas, etc., acquired during the course of your employment in the company. You will fully comply
with the requirements relating to “SECRECY AND CONFIDENTIALITY” of Company operations.
10. Though you have been engaged to a specific position, the company reserves the right to send you on
deputation/transfer/assignment to any of the company’s branch offices in India or abroad, whether
existing at the time of your appointment or to be set up in the future.
11. If you are found to have committed an offence involving moral turpitude or any act subversive of good
conduct and discipline like insubordination, gross negligence, corruption, fraud, forgery,
misappropriation, incurring excessive debts, commission of any act prejudicial to, or in conflict with the
interests of the company, you will be liable for dismissal without any notice or salary, or will be liable to
suffer any other lesser punishment the company at its discretion may impose, if your explanation is not
found to be satisfactory and convincing.
12. The compensation package offered to you by the company shall be kept strictly confidential. You are
advised not to share information regarding salary, benefits and amenities provided by the company with
anyone.
13. After being offered there will be strict background verification. Only in case of positive result of
verification, your offer Letter will be considered as valid either case you will be liable for termination of
employment with us.
