Thank you for exploring career opportunity with Resource Power Consultancy, India. We are pleased to offer you
in our organization as Junior Engineer for Prometric Project deputed to CMS Info Systems Pvt Ltd.
The terms of this contract of employment are as follows.
Job Tenure: 11th
of November’2014 – 11th
December’14, Location: G Noida
Compensation and Benefits:
1) You are offered a monthly salary of 8,500 INR, Eight thousand and five hundred rupees, (including
taxes as applicable and Statutory benefits viz: pf/esi of employee’s contribution ONLY)
2) You would be entitled for overtime benefit of 100/- per day, in any case of 8.5 hrs working.
3) You are entitled for the mandatory off as per CMS Info System’s directives on the particular project
4) PF/ESI would deduct from your monthly compensation as per GOI regulations.
5) Deductions: PF/ESIC (PF: 12% of Basic)
6) Basic: 40% of Gross Salary.
Operational/Position Details:
7) You will be deployed at our client’s premises for the entire tenure of the contract.
8) Your employment with RPC, India is subject to the contract period of this particular project hired.
9) The Terms & Conditions of Employment are the Company’s standard terms and conditions and form part
of your Contract of Employment
10) Your salary might be subject to tax in India, which needs to be take care by the employee.

2. Termination of Services:
11) In no circumstances, you are not entitled to leave the Prometric project before the completion of the
project. In any such case company holds the right to blacklist you and ask for due compensation
equivalent to your 2 month’s gross salary.
12) The company holds the right to terminate you, if you are guilty of gross misconduct, integrity issues or
leave without notice. In such case company is not liable to pay any money for the current and subsequent
tenure of the project.
Confidentiality, Non Disclosure:
You are requested to maintain the highest order of discipline and secrecy as regards the work of the
company and/or its clients and in any case of breach of discipline/trust, your services may be terminated
with immediate effect.
