INTRODUCTION & HISTORY
Sun Save Pak is one of the leading solar company in Pakistan & Northern region,
established in 2012 head office located in Industrial estate, Peshawar KP. Company aim is
to provide cost effective alternate energy solution to our clients. They are bringing up
phenomenal change in our power generation as well as in consumption patterns. They are
striving to shift burden off shoulders of electricity crisis by focusing on renewable energy
resources like solar.
They provide:
1) Domestic Solar system (DC & AC)
2) Industrial Solar System
3) Solar Pump drives (for Irrigation-Agriculture)
4) Other solar appliances.

STRUCTURE OF THE COMPANY
Sun Save Pak is a Partnership form of business.
The company have three Partners.
 Mr. Zia Hafeez Afridi
 Mr. Zaid Afridi
 Mr. Hafeez Khan
The partners have mutually agreed to join into the partnership and to establish
the business under the name style of “M/s SUN SAVE PAK”. The partners have
invested their shares in this partnership business as per detail given below.

 Mr. Zaid Afridi = 35%
 Mr. Hafeez Khan = 30%

Technicians. SSP have three main departments.

STAFFING METHOD OF COMPANY
Sun save Pakistan use social media to advertising the company vacancies. After pool generating of
applicant the company conduct test relating to the job. When applicant fall in to shirt list company call to
next selection tool as group interview. Sun save Pakistan has code conduct that final selection must be by
group assessment. This was the process of recruit and selection of sun save employee.

EMPLOYEE SALARIES
Every Job Position Salary Will Be mention in Sun save code conduct. Besides that the sun
save Give to their employees bonuses and commission these are follow..
An increment of 10 % shall be applied annually on the basic salary.
A commission of 2 % on any installation shall be given to all staff members.
(Installation where profit 15% commission will be given 3%)
A commission of 5 % shall be given to the employee acquiring any project to
the company.

PLACE AND TRANSFER
The present place of work will be at place, but during the
course of the service, employees can be posted /
transferred anywhere to serve any of the Company's
Projects or any other establishment in Pakistan or outside,
at the sole discretion of the Management.

PROBATION CONFIRMATION OF EMPLOYEE
Employee will be on a probation period for Two (2) months. Based on
employee performance and services will be confirmed with the company in
written after (2) months.
During the probation period employee services can be terminated with
seven days’ notice either side and without any reasons whatsoever. If
employee services are found satisfactory during the probation period,
employee will be confirmed in the present position and thereafter employee
services can be terminated on one month's notice from either side.
Absence for a continuous period of ten days without prior approval of
employee superior, (including overstay on leave / training) would result in
employee losing and lien on the service and the same shall automatically
come to an end without any notice or intimation.

EMPLOYEE LEAVE
Employee can avail a total of 15 days annually as casual leaves, vacation
leave, Paternity/Maternity leaves, but the leave only be availed with the
approval of management.
Employee will be eligible to the benefits of the Company's Leave Rules on
employee confirmation in the Company's Service. As per rule all Public
holidays in Pakistan shall be observed by the company’s employees. During
the period of employment with the Company, employee will devote full time
to the work of the Company. Further, will not take up any other employment
or assignment or any office, honorary or for any consideration, in cash or in
kind or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the Company.

CODE OF CONDUCT:
1. Employee will be required to maintain utmost secrecy in respect of Project documents,
commercial offer, design documents, Project cost & Estimation, Technology, Software packages
license, Company's polices, Company's patterns & Trade Mark and Company's Human assets profile.
2. Employee will be required to comply with all such rules and regulations as the Company may
frame from time to time.
3. Any of the company technical or other important information which might come into employee
possession during the continuance of their service with us shall not be disclosed, divulged or made
public by him even thereafter.
4. If at any time in employee opinion, which is final in this matter employee are found non-
performer or guilty of fraud, dishonest, disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence, indiscipline,
absence from duty without permission or any other conduct considered by us deterrent to our
interest or of violation of one or more terms of this letter, employee services may be terminated
without notice and on account of reason of any of the acts or omission the company shall be
entitled to recover the damages from

5. This appointment letter is being issued to you on the basis of the information
and particulars furnished by you in your application (including bio-data), at the
time of your interview and subsequent discussions. If it transpires that you have
made a false statement (or have not disclosed a material fact) resulting in your
being offered this appointment, the Management may take such action as it deems
fit in its sole discretion, including termination of your employment.
6. Employee will be responsible for safekeeping and return in good condition and
order of all Company property, which may be in employee use, custody or charge.
7. If employee have taken a loan from company in shape of money or material that
are liable to return set loan with in the period agreed with you by the
management, or in case of leaving employee job or termination employee are
liable to clear their loan before leaving company with clearance.

FUTURE PLANNING AND STRATEGIES
Sun Save Pakistan will use this opportunity to compete for major solar power installation tenders
financed by Governments of Pakistan and China. Instead of talking about nuclear and coal, we
should be seriously considering this modern, renewable energy, which is THE energy of the
future.
Sun Save Pakistan believes that Government of Pakistan needs to introduce short term financing
to the private sector to help in financing of small and medium size solar installation projects and
address the massive theft and corruption that takes place in our power sector. Sun Save Pakistan
believes that energy reforms are of no use unless they are long-term and we need to be thinking
of the future. Sun Save Pakistan is gearing up to spear head the private sector in backing the
Government of Pakistan to help plan its energy needs for her ever growing and power hungry
economy.
Sun Save Pakistan agrees and is following the Alternative Energy Development Board in Pakistan
(AEDB), which is promoting renewable energy in the country. We are seeing that currently both
the Solar PV and Solar Thermal based markets are rapidly developing in the country without any
government subsidies or direct assistance. Sun Save Pakistan is seriously considering to invest in a
Photovoltic Modules Manufacturing plant to cater for the ever growing domestic and
international markets. Sun Save Pakistan has made a considerable effort in training and educating
its local partners by conducting free extensive training programs to their technical staff and will
continue this tradition to improve quality of O&M and play a key role in developing consumer
confidence to install Solar PV systems.

An increment of 10 % shall be applied annually on the basic salary. A commission of 2 % on any installation shall be given to all staff members. PLACE AND TRANSFER The present place of work will be at place, but during the course of the service, employees can be posted / transferred anywhere to serve any of the Company's Projects or any other establishment in Pakistan or outside, at the sole discretion of the Management.   • 13. PROBATION CONFIRMATION OF EMPLOYEE Employee will be on a probation period for Two (2) months. Based on employee performance and services will be confirmed with the company in written after (2) months. During the probation period employee services can be terminated with seven days’ notice either side and without any reasons whatsoever. If employee services are found satisfactory during the probation period, employee will be confirmed in the present position and thereafter employee services can be terminated on one month's notice from either side. Absence for a continuous period of ten days without prior approval of employee superior, (including overstay on leave / training) would result in employee losing and lien on the service and the same shall automatically come to an end without any notice or intimation.   • 14. EMPLOYEE LEAVE Employee can avail a total of 15 days annually as casual leaves, vacation leave, Paternity/Maternity leaves, but the leave only be availed with the approval of management. Employee will be eligible to the benefits of the Company's Leave Rules on employee confirmation in the Company's Service. As per rule all Public holidays in Pakistan shall be observed by the company’s employees. During the period of employment with the Company, employee will devote full time to the work of the Company. Further, will not take up any other employment or assignment or any office, honorary or for any consideration, in cash or in kind or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the Company.   • 15. CODE OF CONDUCT: 1. Employee will be required to maintain utmost secrecy in respect of Project documents, commercial offer, design documents, Project cost & Estimation, Technology, Software packages license, Company's polices, Company's patterns & Trade Mark and Company's Human assets profile. 2. Employee will be required to comply with all such rules and regulations as the Company may frame from time to time. 3. Any of the company technical or other important information which might come into employee possession during the continuance of their service with us shall not be disclosed, divulged or made public by him even thereafter. 4. If at any time in employee opinion, which is final in this matter employee are found non- performer or guilty of fraud, dishonest, disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence, indiscipline, absence from duty without permission or any other conduct considered by us deterrent to our interest or of violation of one or more terms of this letter, employee services may be terminated without notice and on account of reason of any of the acts or omission the company shall be entitled to recover the damages from Sun Save Pak

This appointment letter is being issued to you on the basis of the information and particulars furnished by you in your application (including bio-data), at the time of your interview and subsequent discussions. If it transpires that you have made a false statement (or have not disclosed a material fact) resulting in your being offered this appointment, the Management may take such action as it deems fit in its sole discretion, including termination of your employment. 6. Employee will be responsible for safekeeping and return in good condition and order of all Company property, which may be in employee use, custody or charge. 7. If employee have taken a loan from company in shape of money or material that are liable to return set loan with in the period agreed with you by the management, or in case of leaving employee job or termination employee are liable to clear their loan before leaving company with clearance. Sun Save Pakistan is gearing up to spear head the private sector in backing the Government of Pakistan to help plan its energy needs for her ever growing and power hungry economy. Sun Save Pakistan agrees and is following the Alternative Energy Development Board in Pakistan (AEDB), which is promoting renewable energy in the country. We are seeing that currently both the Solar PV and Solar Thermal based markets are rapidly developing in the country without any government subsidies or direct assistance.
