Group Dynamics Had to discover how the people worked together Everyone felt their portion is the most important and others are not as important People with great knowledge but didn’t necessarily work together well—needed a balance Needed good group/team dynamics to bring out the contributions of everyone and control the clashes Sometimes used elective meeting attendance so that they could all contribute without destroying the team Handled information efficiently—tho not everyone had the same info (problem?)
