Dear (Student Name),

        The 3rd annual AOIT Summer Camp is just around the corner and we are very excited about the week we
have planned for you! Please read this communiqué carefully as you prepare to join us.

Lunch ~ Lunch will be provided at no cost to the student on both Monday’s and Tuesday. Please bring a
“brown bag” lunch on Wednesday. You will have the opportunity to purchase lunch on Thursday at the Erie
Basin Marina or you can bring a “brown bag” lunch.

Dress ~ We will be visiting many business sites. We are asking you to make sure that your attire is appropriate.
Shorts and t-shirts should be clean and neat looking with no offensive logos or writing. NO FLIP FLOPS as we
will be walking, when applicable, from site to site. Sneakers or sandals are acceptable. NO HATS.

Cell Phones ~ You may bring a cell phone but use will be limited to travel and lunch time.

Professional Approach ~ Many of the sites we are visiting are not normally open to tours and student visits.
Our goal is to provide you with interesting and worthwhile activities. Our responsibility is to conduct ourselves in
a business like manner at all times.

Attendance ~ We have an informative and fun schedule of activities for the week. It is mandatory for you to
attend all five days.

Transportation ~ We will provide transportation from East Senior to all sites and return to East Senior in
afternoon. You are responsible for transportation to East Senior and home.

Schedule ~ Doors open at 8:00 am; program begins at 8:30 am, dismissal at 2:00 pm East Senior High School
Room 306. Please be prompt.

       We have an outstanding schedule of activities for you as you explore the career possibilities in the field of
Information Technology.
