Congratulations! Your application for the Information Technology Summer Program has been approved.
Our goal is to provide you with a fun and positive educational experience. Our tentative agenda is enclosed.
I hope that you are as excited about attending our AOIT Summer Camp as we are to host you! As you know,
we will be visiting numerous sites within the immediate area to see first hand how important the field of Information
Technology is to all types of businesses. As a reminder, we will be videotaping. This video footage may be used for
future podcasts, websites, and National Academy Foundation presentations. To that end, enclosed are a standard district
field trip permission and photography permission form to be completed and returned in the enclosed self-addressed
stamped envelope. Please return these forms within a week for receipt of this request.
As we finalize our agenda and the logistics involved in conducting this experience, we will contact you through
the mail. If for any reason you are no longer interested in attending or unable to make the five day commitment, please
call the Career and Technical Education Office at 677-3318. We would like an opportunity to fill your vacancy.
