 Ability to prepare for and execute maintenance work by entering working liaisons
for planning jobs, coordinating resources, and scheduling and supervising
maintenance activities. I can also write corrective maintenance procedures to
attach to specific automated process work order tasks and train personnel
regarding new and existing maintenance repair procedures.
 Ability to apply knowledge to read and interpret P&I Diagrams, loop/ circuit
diagrams, electrical schematics and connection diagrams, location and installation
details and can carry out requisite assembly, installations and troubleshooting of
electrical, control and instrumentation systems.
 Knowledge and skill to interpret machine sequence of operation from its PLC
program. Ability to troubleshoot system faults using PLC program, modify PLC
program for a given required machine operation, and tune process control loops.
 Skills in electromechanical systems maintenance: including pneumatic and
hydraulic systems, mechanical drives, electric drives and control systems.
