 Assist Pilot-In-Command in flight preparation and provide the relevant
information
 Prepare operational CFP’s, sign and file the ATS flight plan with the
appropriate ATS unit
 While in flight, by appropriate means furnish the PIC with information
which may be necessary for the safe conduct of flight
 Outline to PIC what may be expected in the way of en-route and terminal
weather
 Bring to the PIC’s attention any irregular operation of Airport, Airways,
Navigational Aids through in-depth study of NOTAMS
 In the event of an emergency, initiate such procedure as may be outlined
in the operational manual
 Submit relevant documents for obtaining Over Flying and Landing
permission for non schedule operators from Air Transport department
