Objective:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Application for the role of Air Traffic Controller Instructor
I would like to apply for the role of Air Traffic Controller that I have seen advertised in
ICAO Career web Site and TCB Project.
Having spent 34 years in training for the role of Air Traffic Controller and instructing in
Jordan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Queen Noor Civil Aviation Training College
(QNCATC) and Saudi Academy of Civil Aviation (SACA) for 2 years as Senior Aviation
Training Program Quality Assurance Specialist, and 3 years Senior Instructor for Airport
Operation and Safety Training Center, 2 years Supervisor for developing new Apron
Control and Management program to new King Abdi Al Aziz International Airport –
Jeddah. I am now ready to do this role properly for my career and have been successful
in gaining my Air Traffic Control Instructor which allows me to operate in this ATM
field.
During my working job at deferent position as Aerodrome Control Tower Controller,
Approach Radar and Non Radar, Area Radar and Non Radar, I have assisted pilots in
taking off and landing planes safely and also coordinating routes and timetables to allow
planes to be flying a safe distance and high levels apart at all times. I have witnessed a
number of events and situations and understand the importance of ensuring that the
aircraft are controlled efficiently and that there is no margin for error in this role.
I have always wanted to have a challenging career, improving, developing new programs
to meet needs of ATC person, and feel that I have found my match. I have excellent
problem solving ability and feel that this is the reason why I enjoy the career I have
chosen. I am very excited to get going and progress through my career.
I am based (how far from the Aerodrome Control Tower, Terminal and Area Control
Center (TACC) in question) and ATC student at the academic position to prepare them to
be qualified Air Traffic Controller. And have calculated that it should only take me (how
long) to reach the airport for my shifts.
I have enclosed my latest CV which details my experiences. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV.
Yours sincerely
Saleh Mohammad Dahdolan
