Position: Senior BMS Coordinator
Period : September 21 2012 – Present.
Project: King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST)
Client : ARAMCO.
Duties and Responsibilities
 Maintain and repair the control systems of the BMS controlled systems
throughout the site as determined by the manufacturers recommended
system as detailed by the site management.
 Responsible for proper system engineering, resolving technical &
contractual issues, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors
and BAS integrated third party equipment suppliers for the quality
deliverables.
 Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and
system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media,
recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off
site as necessary.
 Remote Administration
 Monitor the operation of the control systems using the BMS Envision
for Backtalk 3.0 to monitor performance.
 Adjust variables and provide adjustments required to ensure systems
are operating correctly within parameters.
 Create trend reports to utilize optimum start/stop times,
occupied/unoccupied times, set points and ultimately operation of
equipment.
 Carry out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipment
as directed by site management and Daily/Weekly Servicing Plan.
 Checks routinely for correct operation of all equipment in locations that
include BMS control of systems.
 Prepares daily schedules from the approved Weekly Schedule, per
Aramco. Coordinates daily schedules with Management and ensures
that a complete planning package is attached to the work order.
 Responsible for providing both daily and weekly schedules for
Operation work to management, depending on the organization pattern
of the particular division, in accordance with the requirements of the
Aramco Work Control System
 To develop a close working relationship with the site management and
client to ensure communication lines are open complete periodical
reports on the progress of work for record purposes.
 Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers,
supervisors and the general public.
 Prepares reports and correspondence and maintains files.
 Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and relevant
staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken
requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written
instructions. Provide accurate and timely information.

Duties and Responsibilities
 Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and
applications.
 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
 Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or
