All of the GP+ boxes should be filled in so students know where they should be at each
point in the year. This information is taken from the Target Route Planner.
Every half term a student should be assessed and given a Current Working At Grade so they can
see if they are making good progress or not. If this student was working at a D then
interventions should be put in place. If they were working at a B then wee know at this point
they are making outstanding progress.
