Safety induction training was conducted for 25 Nos new joiners.
Hazardous waste OCP prepared & get approved by management.
Prepared OCP For handling of fire extinguisher.
Prepared OCP for the handling of compressed gas cylinders
Near miss reporting & recording initiated in all departments.
Installation of Fire Extinguisher as per fire Hazard.
Identification & preparation of Occupational Hazard/Disease report in all Departments.
05 Nos- Accident Closure report has been received.
Placed prohibition, warning, mandatory, and emergency assembly area signage boards.
Denim suits were provided for workers working near extreme heat. (33 Nos)
