training structure.
▪ Successfully renovated the current development and safety training program by implementing the
Training Needs Checklist (TNC) for Whiting’s Texas operations. Implement programming ideas, rolling the
program out to the area offices, and ensuring its continued success.
▪ Accomplish task such as: identify training requirements, learning objectives, and analyze needs, new hire
safety orientation, track in class training completions, manage training schedule and coordinate
