▪ Planned, supervised, and administered, physical entrance examinations and new hire orientations, and
training, promotional examinations, and record keeping, and performance reviews.
▪ Planned, coordinated, and taught multiple state certified fire recruit academies, certifying dozens of
firefighters over fourteen years as Training Chief. Recruiter and assessor for potential Midland firefighters.
▪ Midland Fire Department Emergency Medical Coordinator responsible for training, documentation, and record
retention of Midland Fire Department paramedics.
