As a project manager with sharp eye for hindrances and trouble shooting in addition to quick learning skills, I’m confident to
manage projects safely, promptly and successfully in a frame of coordination and team work. With several ADNOC group

TRAINING EXPERIENCE
 2006 - Training in SUMED (Alexandria, Egypt), achieving the aim of understanding, process and operation
techniques. Over view of site components, mechanical equipments (stationary and Rotating), etc.
 2006- Training in ADOS (Abu Dhabi Oilfield Services), general education of fabrication and testing several oilfield
equipements (mainly pipelines and plant interpiping)
 2007 - ANRPC (Alexandria National Refinery Petroleum Company), Egypt. Training in which an overview of
refining of crude oil components Propane, Butane, Benzine, Diesel, Tar. Training covered site process and main
equipments concentrating on mechanical equipments.
WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES)
Projects:
 Award of project, finalizing sub-contractors and preparation of project documents.
 Initialize project by supporting project control in resources requirements and budgetary estimation/ finalizing with
project manager.
 Technical evaluation of subcontractors and vendors. Contrat finalizing with concerned divisions for subcontractors
for best serve of project scope and purpose.
 Coordination with Procurement division, engineering subcontractor and management.
 Follow up with contractual payment terms and invoice clearing for finance division on time with all back up and
attached documents review for vendors and subcontrators.
 Managing variation orders from subcontractors as per contractual terms and coordinating with client for recording
the same.
 Support in providing of human resources/ administration requirements for employees and coordinate with company
HR/ personnel division for necessary government requests such as LOA, custom excemption letter, material entry
etc..
 Coordinating with company divisions for releasing mechanical completion certificate & release for commissioning
certificates, PAC & FAC.

Engineering:
 Extraction and finalizing the list of deliverables with engineering subcontractor and company divisions for all
discilpines mechanical, civil, piping, E&I, Quality & HSE.
 Review, commenting and approving of subcontrators/ engineering documents & drawings. As per company/
international COP & standards.
 Providing technical assistance in any design and pipelaying modification required as per site deviations with raising
concession requests and technical queiries from site and follow up with compamy discilpine divisions to acquire
necessary approvals.

HSE:
 Familiar with ADNOC group companies’ HSE regulations and expectations.
 Ensure HSE reports are received on time and are review/ commented in coordination with HSE division.
 Always target Zero incidents for all works and have a records of Zero LTI in all projects till date.
 Ensure job is done safely up to international HSE standards and company COP and manuals.
 Leading safety talks and ensure TBT and HSE requirements adhered to at site. Coordinating with company HSE for
necessary approvals.
 Conducting and participating in several PSSR walk through followed by preparation & closing of punch list points.
 Attended and passed PTW test for several ADNOC group companies as performing authorities.
Construction:
 Site survey, data collection and raising technical site queries with proposed solutions when required. Acquiring
necessary aprovals from different disciplines in company.
 Performing authority adhering to company permit to work (PTW) system and esuring all requirements are fulfilled
by EPC contractor and subcontractors. Coordinating with operations & HSE division to obtain necessary approvals.
 Inspection, construction and solving any problems/ technical queiries raised during construction.
 Coordinating with blasting/ painting subcontractor to ensure painting is done as per client requirement and specs.
 Conducting and reviewing of project documents such as method statements, rigging plans and Task Risk
Assessments (TRA) meetings of all civil, E&I and mechanical/ piping works.
 Ensure job completion on time (inluding shutdown critical schedule works) with all quality and HSE measures
maintained upto standards.
Project control, Progress & Reporting:
 Review of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports and closing out area of concerns. Ensure work is runnning
smoothly and timely.
 Preparation & conducting weekly progress review meeting and adequate MOM review, approval and official
recording.
 Site progress follow up in different aspects and disciplines and ensure all planning are matching as per sequential
order for civil, piping and E&I works.
 Reporting to management the progress and major area of concern with proactive proposed solutions.
 In charge of several train and plant common shutdown works on critical paths and timely completion by managing
the resources and in coordination with planning team.
Integrety and project inspection:
 Ensuring inspection and certification for equipement used to match international standard and as per company COP.
 Material control, requirement and requests including but not limited to project material review with specifications of
civil, mechanical and E&I (BOM & MTO).
 Follow up on inspections and fabrication of piping and material with QC/ work shop team and material dispatch to
site on time.
 Maintaining quality of work as per management system and participating in third party audits including required
engineering quality requirements and documents. Ensuring all quality requirements are met international standards
such as stamps for vessels and qualification of welders in coordination with integtrity divisions.
 Maintaining quality of work as per ISO 9001:2008 quality management system including third party audits.
Inventory:
 Tracking and arranging shippments to & from store as per requirements. Following up with client for free issue
material and stock availability/ reservation on company system.
 SPIR coordination and ensure asset creation done on time for handover of spares/ materials to company stores.
 Extracting BOQ, requesting materials as per standard/ project requirements, follow up with procurement division for
procesing and timely delivery. Follow up with vendors to ensure status, reports, documents approving, timely
inspections and delivery on time.
Tie-ins, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning:

 Coordinating with company operations and maintenance teams for preparation of man entry up to completion and
boxup (spading, Sulphur/ hazardeous material cleaning and preparation- erection, naked flame activities in confined
spaces/ hazardeous locations, tank shell cutting and insulation).
 Ensure work done according to project specifications, carry out pre-commiossioning including witness and release
for activities such as Hydro and pneumatic tests, flushing, drying, card board blasting including test package review
and commenting in liaise with inspection team.
 Ensure work done according to project specifications, carry out pre-commiossioning checks and coordinaating with
company divisions for creating and clearing punch list & PSSR.
 Commissioning of multiple package projects including, piping and E&I in coordination with OEM (Original
Equipment Manufacturer), DCS vendor and company divisions.

Brief description of project:
 1.7 km insulated pipeline with tubes stitched welded for heat tracing
 Civil foundation supports, road culverts and structural steel
 STS (Skin effect Tracing System), EHT (Electric Heat Tracing)
 Steam jacketed pipelines, tank nozzle installation with necessary small bore lines (steam and
nitrogen
 Insatallation of Transformers, load balancers, Diesel generator with changeover panel, STS &
EHT control panels with all E&I envolved including connection to existing DCS system.
 Installation of fiber optic monitoring system with control panel and all associated E&I works
o Refurbishment of Al JIMI Accommodation Project (ADGAS-DAS Island):
Project engineer; (Aug. 2010 –Jan. 2012)
Brief description of project:
 Modifying existing campus for oil and gas field required standard specifications with all certified
material.
 Installation of new campus caravans with all associated utlities, structures and foundations.
o Chemical Injection Skids Installation(ADGAS-DAS Island):
Project engineer; (Dec. 2011- Aug. 2012)
Brief description of project:
 Removal of existing chemical injection systems and installation of skids and all connections to
existing plant.
 Installation of all E&I works for the new skids and connecting to existing active panels.
o DAS Island: Site Project Engineer for providing required technical information and general support:

 Site surveying & tentative piping layout for 20” GRE pipe line for ADMA OPCO.
 Technical support for air & water pigging of 20” GRE pipe line for ADMA OPCO.
 Technical support for cyclic hydro-testing preparation and execution of 20” GRE pipe line for
ADMA OPCO.
o DAS Island: Site Project Engineer for providing required technical information and support to proposal &
contracts division through attending various site visits and technical evaluation for new contracts.
o Sea Water Basin Project for Borouge- Ruwais:
Site manager; (Sept. 2012- March 2013)
Project was a fast track during shutdown with quality requirements to finish safely and on time. It includes
large diameter GRE pipes installation with tie-in to existing lines, concreting of large area (10,000 sq.m)
with CP system integration.
Brief description of project:
 Installation of A/G & U/G 72” piping (GRE) and isolation valves at two locations.
 Civil activities for by pass line for foundations, valve pit and road crossing/ asphalting.
 Supporting operation team for commissioning activities of by pass line.
 Hook up to existing systems with 2 separate shutdowns.
 Sea water basin removal of existing lined system and concreting with all sealing requirements.
 Installation of all E&I requirements for CP system of sea water basin (transformers, embedded
elements, cabling, JBs, power supply and hook up to existing system, etc…)
 Managing multiple subcontractors with several disciplines.
o Replacement of cooling water piping network (Cu-Ni & GRE) during GGII shutdown (ADMA-OPCO)-
ZWSC Platform:
Sr. Project Engineer- project engineer (deputizing site in charge); (April 2013- November 2013)
Brief description of project:
 Shutdown works completed safely and on time.
 4” and above Cu-Ni piping replaced as per integrity reccommendations with associated supports to
match the new standard of ADMA OPCO.
 Installation additional isolation valves to facilitate double block isolations and break flanges for
any future requirements.
 3” and below new GRE piping installaed for full network with all new associated supports.
o Replacement of cooling water line Cu-Ni by providing temp. lined CS line for PGP (ADMA-OPCO)-
ZWSC Platform:
Sr. Project Engineer; (April 2013- September 2013)
Brief description of project:
 2 out of 3 Gas turbines should always stay online for site requirements.
 Construction of CS lined temporary pipeline.
 Develope a philosophy for changeover between exsiting Cu-Ni line and temporary new CS line to
suite the requirement.
 Demolish existing Cu-Ni line and replace with new Cu-Ni line.
 Develope a philosophy for changeover between temporary new CS line and Cu-Ni new line to
suite the requirement.
 Demolish temporary CS line.
o EPC for Additional Handling Facilities for 10PPM Gas Oil at Ruwais Refinery- Takreer:
Sr. Project Engineer- deputizing project manager; (November 2013- September 2014)
Brief description of project:
 1.6 km piping tapping to existing system (including hot tapping) with all associated civil
foundations and structural supports.

 Safety valves and 7 MOVs with all related E&I works and DCS and graphics modifications.
 Sulphur Analyzer with all associated E&I (instrument air/ nitrogen, cabling, DCS & graphics).
o Cross over for pig launcher station (shut down)- Gasco Habshan:
Sr. Project Engineer; (October 2014- November 2014)
Brief description of project:
 Pipe lines positive isolation (spading, dropping valves, blinding, etc..) breathing apparatus
obligation.
 Introducing a break flange and cross over by pass line between high temperature 30” lines and all
required post weld heat treatment, hydraulic torquing, valves, spades, instruments, painting and
insulation.
 Stage by stage joints inspection with all possible techniques (RT, MPI, DPI, visual for all welding
stages and after stress relieve) as all joints were considered as golden joints.
o EPC for Drinking Water Network at Ruwais Refinery- Takreer:
Sr. Project Engineer; (December 2013- October 2014)
Brief description of project:
 5.5 km GRE piping with all associated supports, foundations, road crossings.
 1.5 km HDPE U/G piping with required vlaves and valve pits.
 Multiple shut downs to switch over from old to new service lines.
o EPC for Vapour Return Arm at Ruwais Feril Jetty- Borouge & Fertil:

 Low temperature vapour Return arm with all associated instrument and programing operation
panel with hook up to ESD systems.

o Procurement and Construction of High pressure Steam System- Gasco Habshan:

 Residual engineering for civil foundations, structure & support replacement
 Successful completion of Shutdown works with timely apprecation from client.

o Demolition, - Takreer Umm Al Nar:
Sr. Project Engineer; (November 2014- September 2015)
Brief description of project:
 Demolition of 2 Nos. jetty including all equipments (loading arms, pumps), control room, E&I,
civil above and under water (piles) and pipe lines all the way in the refinery (Underwater scope
prepared and planned but not executed)
 Dismantling of equipment from Jetty (loading arms, fire towers, etc..)
 Draining and Dismantling of 40 KM of hydrocarbin product piping.
 Plant units dismantling above & under ground such as chemical injection skids, blending facilities
& truck loading areas with multiple equipment (pumps, scrapper launchers, vessels, piping etc…)

 EPC of shed for storage of Hazardous HydroCarbon ISO containers with fire walls, structures,
roof with access, roads, street lights, fire network, deluge & sprinkler systems, alarm system,
telecom system, utilities, drain systems, F&G detection systems, seperation sump for oily waters,
drain network, road crossings, etc…
 HSE studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, ENVID, HSEIA (phase 2), etc…

o EPC for Replacement of existing GRE main dump header in Umm Shaif Super Complex Platform (USSC)

 EPC for the new header to reduce disturbance of existing systems.
 Offshore platform replacement of existing header and change over philosophy for tie-ins to

Brief description of project:  Installation of A/G & U/G 72” piping (GRE) and isolation valves at two locations.  Civil activities for by pass line for foundations, valve pit and road crossing/ asphalting.  Supporting operation team for commissioning activities of by pass line.  Hook up to existing systems with 2 separate shutdowns.  Sea water basin removal of existing lined system and concreting with all sealing requirements.  Installation of all E&I requirements for CP system of sea water basin (transformers, embedded elements, cabling, JBs, power supply and hook up to existing system, etc…)  Managing multiple subcontractors with several disciplines. o Replacement of cooling water piping network (Cu-Ni & GRE) during GGII shutdown (ADMA-OPCO)- ZWSC Platform: Sr. Project Engineer- project engineer (deputizing site in charge); (April 2013- November 2013) Brief description of project:  Shutdown works completed safely and on time.  4” and above Cu-Ni piping replaced as per integrity reccommendations with associated supports to match the new standard of ADMA OPCO.  Installation additional isolation valves to facilitate double block isolations and break flanges for any future requirements.  3” and below new GRE piping installaed for full network with all new associated supports. o Replacement of cooling water line Cu-Ni by providing temp. lined CS line for PGP (ADMA-OPCO)- ZWSC Platform: Sr. Project Engineer; (April 2013- September 2013) Brief description of project:  2 out of 3 Gas turbines should always stay online for site requirements.  Construction of CS lined temporary pipeline.  Develope a philosophy for changeover between exsiting Cu-Ni line and temporary new CS line to suite the requirement.  Demolish existing Cu-Ni line and replace with new Cu-Ni line.  Develope a philosophy for changeover between temporary new CS line and Cu-Ni new line to suite the requirement.  Demolish temporary CS line. o EPC for Additional Handling Facilities for 10PPM Gas Oil at Ruwais Refinery- Takreer: Sr. Project Engineer- deputizing project manager; (November 2013- September 2014) Brief description of project:  1.6 km piping tapping to existing system (including hot tapping) with all associated civil foundations and structural supports.

Page 6 of 7  Safety valves and 7 MOVs with all related E&I works and DCS and graphics modifications.  Sulphur Analyzer with all associated E&I (instrument air/ nitrogen, cabling, DCS & graphics). o Cross over for pig launcher station (shut down)- Gasco Habshan: Sr. Project Engineer; (October 2014- November 2014) Brief description of project:  Pipe lines positive isolation (spading, dropping valves, blinding, etc..) breathing apparatus obligation.  Introducing a break flange and cross over by pass line between high temperature 30” lines and all required post weld heat treatment, hydraulic torquing, valves, spades, instruments, painting and insulation.  Stage by stage joints inspection with all possible techniques (RT, MPI, DPI, visual for all welding stages and after stress relieve) as all joints were considered as golden joints. o EPC for Drinking Water Network at Ruwais Refinery- Takreer: Sr. Project Engineer; (December 2013- October 2014) Brief description of project:  5.5 km GRE piping with all associated supports, foundations, road crossings.  1.5 km HDPE U/G piping with required vlaves and valve pits.  Multiple shut downs to switch over from old to new service lines. o EPC for Vapour Return Arm at Ruwais Feril Jetty- Borouge & Fertil: Project Manager; (February 2014- May 2016) Brief description of project:  Low temperature vapour Return arm with all associated instrument and programing operation panel with hook up to ESD systems.  Hook up piping and E&I connections.  Commissioning & Ethylene Operations Loading Assistance. o Procurement and Construction of High pressure Steam System- Gasco Habshan: Sr. Project Engineer; (PHASE 1 February 2014- November 2014)- Project Manager; (PHASE 2 September 16- December 16) Brief description of project:  Residual engineering for civil foundations, structure & support replacement  Successful completion of Shutdown works with timely apprecation from client.  Replacement & construction of Steam trap loops, spring supports, piping and valves. o Demolition, - Takreer Umm Al Nar: Sr. Project Engineer; (November 2014- September 2015) Brief description of project:  Demolition of 2 Nos. jetty including all equipments (loading arms, pumps), control room, E&I, civil above and under water (piles) and pipe lines all the way in the refinery (Underwater scope prepared and planned but not executed)  Dismantling of equipment from Jetty (loading arms, fire towers, etc..)  Draining and Dismantling of 40 KM of hydrocarbin product piping.  Plant units dismantling above & under ground such as chemical injection skids, blending facilities & truck loading areas with multiple equipment (pumps, scrapper launchers, vessels, piping etc…) including civil works.

Page 7 of 7 o EPC for ISO Container Shed with all facilities & Infrastructure- Borouge: Project Manager; (September 2015- December 2016) Brief description of project:  EPC of shed for storage of Hazardous HydroCarbon ISO containers with fire walls, structures, roof with access, roads, street lights, fire network, deluge & sprinkler systems, alarm system, telecom system, utilities, drain systems, F&G detection systems, seperation sump for oily waters, drain network, road crossings, etc…  HSE studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, ENVID, HSEIA (phase 2), etc…  Integration of systems with existing, configuration, testing, etc… o EPC for Replacement of existing GRE main dump header in Umm Shaif Super Complex Platform (USSC) & Zakum Central Super Complex (ZCSC)- ADMA OPCO: Sr. Project Engineer; (December 2016- Present) Brief description of project:  EPC for the new header to reduce disturbance of existing systems.  Offshore platform replacement of existing header and change over philosophy for tie-ins to existing equipment.  30” GRE header and piping system connections.  Supports and parallel routing not to affect existing operation.  Module S/D for tie-ins shall be provided once both headers are online.  Demolition of exsiting header once new system is full operational. o EPC for Instrument Air, Nitrogen and Potable Water network- ADMA: Sr. Project Engineer; (December 2016- Present) Brief description of project:  EPC for the new header to reduce disturbance of existing systems.  Offshore platform replacement of existing header and change over philosophy for tie-ins to existing equipment.  Supports and parallel routing not to affect existing operation.  Installation and commissioning of new control valve, Safety showers with all releavant connetions, E&I and controls.  Shifting of instrument air valves with all relevant connections.
