As a project manager with sharp eye for hindrances and trouble shooting in addition to quick learning skills, I’m confident to
manage projects safely, promptly and successfully in a frame of coordination and team work. With several ADNOC group

TRAINING EXPERIENCE

Projects:
Award of project, finalizing sub-contractors and preparation of project documents.
Initialize project by supporting project control in resources requirements and budgetary estimation/ finalizing with
project manager.

by EPC contractor and subcontractors. Coordinating with operations & HSE division to obtain necessary approvals.
Inspection, construction and solving any problems/ technical queiries raised during construction.
Coordinating with blasting/ painting subcontractor to ensure painting is done as per client requirement and specs.
Conducting and reviewing of project documents such as method statements, rigging plans and Task Risk
Assessments (TRA) meetings of all civil, E&I and mechanical/ piping works.
Ensure job completion on time (inluding shutdown critical schedule works) with all quality and HSE measures
maintained upto standards.
Project control, Progress & Reporting:
Review of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports and closing out area of concerns. Ensure work is runnning
smoothly and timely.
Preparation & conducting weekly progress review meeting and adequate MOM review, approval and official
recording.
Site progress follow up in different aspects and disciplines and ensure all planning are matching as per sequential
order for civil, piping and E&I works.

In charge of several train and plant common shutdown works on critical paths and timely completion by managing
the resources and in coordination with planning team.

Ensuring inspection and certification for equipement used to match international standard and as per company COP.
Material control, requirement and requests including but not limited to project material review with specifications of
civil, mechanical and E&I (BOM & MTO).
Follow up on inspections and fabrication of piping and material with QC/ work shop team and material dispatch to
site on time.
Maintaining quality of work as per management system and participating in third party audits including required
engineering quality requirements and documents. Ensuring all quality requirements are met international standards
such as stamps for vessels and qualification of welders in coordination with integtrity divisions.
Maintaining quality of work as per ISO 9001:2008 quality management system including third party audits.
Inventory:
Tracking and arranging shippments to & from store as per requirements. Following up with client for free issue
material and stock availability/ reservation on company system.
SPIR coordination and ensure asset creation done on time for handover of spares/ materials to company stores.
Extracting BOQ, requesting materials as per standard/ project requirements, follow up with procurement division for
procesing and timely delivery. Follow up with vendors to ensure status, reports, documents approving, timely

Coordinating with company operations and maintenance teams for preparation of man entry up to completion and
boxup (spading, Sulphur/ hazardeous material cleaning and preparation- erection, naked flame activities in confined
spaces/ hazardeous locations, tank shell cutting and insulation).
Ensure work done according to project specifications, carry out pre-commiossioning including witness and release
for activities such as Hydro and pneumatic tests, flushing, drying, card board blasting including test package review
and commenting in liaise with inspection team.

Installation of A/G & U/G 72” piping (GRE) and isolation valves at two locations.
Civil activities for by pass line for foundations, valve pit and road crossing/ asphalting.
Supporting operation team for commissioning activities of by pass line.
Hook up to existing systems with 2 separate shutdowns.
Sea water basin removal of existing lined system and concreting with all sealing requirements.

Shutdown works completed safely and on time.
4” and above Cu-Ni piping replaced as per integrity reccommendations with associated supports to
match the new standard of ADMA OPCO.
Installation additional isolation valves to facilitate double block isolations and break flanges for
any future requirements.
3” and below new GRE piping installaed for full network with all new associated supports.
o Replacement of cooling water line Cu-Ni by providing temp. lined CS line for PGP (ADMA-OPCO)-
ZWSC Platform:

Brief description of project:
2 out of 3 Gas turbines should always stay online for site requirements.
Construction of CS lined temporary pipeline.
Develope a philosophy for changeover between exsiting Cu-Ni line and temporary new CS line to
suite the requirement.
Demolish existing Cu-Ni line and replace with new Cu-Ni line.

Brief description of project:
Pipe lines positive isolation (spading, dropping valves, blinding, etc..) breathing apparatus
obligation.
Introducing a break flange and cross over by pass line between high temperature 30” lines and all
required post weld heat treatment, hydraulic torquing, valves, spades, instruments, painting and
insulation.
Stage by stage joints inspection with all possible techniques (RT, MPI, DPI, visual for all welding
stages and after stress relieve) as all joints were considered as golden joints.
o EPC for Drinking Water Network at Ruwais Refinery- Takreer:

prepared and planned but not executed)
Dismantling of equipment from Jetty (loading arms, fire towers, etc..)
Draining and Dismantling of 40 KM of hydrocarbin product piping.

EPC of shed for storage of Hazardous HydroCarbon ISO containers with fire walls, structures,
roof with access, roads, street lights, fire network, deluge & sprinkler systems, alarm system,
telecom system, utilities, drain systems, F&G detection systems, seperation sump for oily waters,
drain network, road crossings, etc…
