 Negotiate and manage contracts and Bid risk analyses
 Overseeing T&L team
 Implements standards on health and safety and on business ethics within
SCM Process.
 Apply and implements SCM standards, tools and processes.
 Overseeing all Heavy Lifts and Project Cargo
 Continually develop expertise to supportgrowth for new projects.
 Provide SCM strategies and guidance to Project pursuit and execution teams.
 Full knowledge of the specs ofmaterials and its usage.
 Representcompanies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with
suppliers.
 Review, evaluate, and approve specifications forissuing and awarding bids.
 Extract and analyze necessary data to track OTD, OQD, CR , CA and
associated 4Q metric reporting trends.
 Track Purchasing activity and measurements.
 Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers.
 Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety.
