Objective
I intend to advance my career by joining a team oriented company with long term sustainable
goals. I am a trained professional in many aspects of the automotive industry. I am a dedicated

Supervise 1-65+ team members performing many different jobs, including; Inspection and
Containment, Quality Wall Services, and Contingent Employment. I must hire, train, manage
new team members, sometimes sight unseen, while delivering superior service to customers
and manage operations simultaneously. I write work instructions for every new job I supervise.
If needed I write quality and safety alerts, I develop teams to perform 8D and 5 Why
investigations to solve problems and define root causes to issues.
MB Technology NA LLC- Team Leader July 2014- May 2015
EOL Quality and EAK Drive for Mercedes Benz. Responsibilities are to ensure 1st quality vehicles
by visually and physically checking all functions and options. I managed a team of 12 quality
inspectors. I was responsible for implementing and maintaining the company’s programs
related to EPA/OSHA compliance.
Phifer Incorporated- Team Leader July 2008- April 2015
I managed operations and shop floor logistics from raw materials to finished goods. I performed
quality checks. I was championed to monitor, manage and implement continuous improvement
ideas and procedures in production to ensure quality standards are maintained. I authored
Standardized Work, and then trained associates to perform standard work properly according to
the standarxd. Perform 5S Audits and Standard Work Audits. Update Metrics boards and KPI’s.
