2. What is Communication ?
Communication is a process of
sending and receiving information
between two or more people.
OR
The imparting or exchanging of
information by speaking, writing,
or using some other medium.
3. INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION
International Communication means
“beyond the border communication”.
It is a branch of communication
studies , concerned with the scope of
Government-to-Government, Cross
Cultural Communication, business-to-
business and people-to-people
interaction at global level.

empires are included in historical context.
Using fire at night and smoke and mirror
during sunlight was the form of
communication in old days.
The Persian empires used to send news
from the capital to the provinces by means
of a line of shouting men.
