We all know that eating well,sleep welland stayactiveisnecessary for a greatdaily life.This iswhat
keeps ushealthyand doing wellin everythingwe decide to do. By not doing so, whatmighthappen
to us? Think yourenergywill remainthe same? Can youconcentrate betterat what you’re doing?
No,what will happenis that your bodywill ask you forrest, food, bed andmorebed.Our body, like
many others thingsneed to restso it can stay active during the day.According toscientists, our
mind aftercertain hours of functioningit stops workingproperly because, like our body it needs
rest. Take whatI sayas an advice. I know whatit is to betired andnot doing wellon tests.I used
tostay up lateand get up earlythe next daytotakea test.When I got up Ididn’t eat
breakfastproperly. However, it wasn’tmy parentsfault because they used to be on top of me, but
because I didn’t want itto do it.Myconsequenceswere as follows:my gradesstarted goingdown, I
always felttired oralways want it to sleep,I beganto distancemyselffrom myfamily and friends
andI slowlysawmyselfon the floor. Like the book says,taking a testcan bringa lot ofanxiety,
which will take ustoo dangeroussymptoms. There are manythings we cando todo wellon an
exam, butpreparationgoesbeyond allpossibilities.In otherwords, prepare well, have breakfast and
restthe adequate time because that’s how you will conquer the test. Also, remember that there is
a God in heaven that sees everything possible when we see it impossible. Just with a little of
faith like the mustard seed you can move that mountain which is the anxiety, procrastination and
not preparing yourself well. Like I always say, with Him you can do and will do anything!
