This document contains an assessment called the MIS Assessment that is used to identify a person's dominant intelligences. It contains 40 statements that are rated on a scale of 1 to 3. The scores for each statement are then tallied according to 8 categories of intelligence. The person identified their top 3 scores as Interpersonal with 15, Verbal/Linguistic and Musical/Rhythm both with 13, and Intrapersonal with 12. This tally is meant to help identify strengths but not measure worth or future success.
