Petro equip Limited was established on the 06Th
may 2007 under the company’s act
1997 in port Moresby bas landowner company under the laws of independent state of
Papua New Guinea meeting all the requirements.
It operates at section 28 allotment 08,Granville, Konedobu, Port Moresby;National
Capital District. The company basically supplies all industrial and commercial hardware
products to mining sites in Papua New Guinea, especially to PNG LNG Project.
3. Background
Petro Equip Limited is a medium business entity 100% national owned and incorporated
by Kutubu and Moran landowners who owns several Oil Heads in PLD 2 Kutubu, PDL 5
Moran and PDL 6 North West Moran, and PNG LNG pipe line route, purposely to take
part in spin-off business created by LNG and other mining projects with in the PNG LNG
Project.
4.Company Objectives/Purpose
With aspirations, Petro Equip Limited is legally to greatly participate in mining and Oil &
Gas projects within our customary land.
Petro Equip Limited has its aspirations that may achieve which its directors and
shareholders have organized and establish for the following reasons:
• To participate in the spin of business arising within the PNG LNG projects
during the construction phase and operation period of the PNG LNG oil/gas
project.
• To make diversified investment from its business and other source of income
on behalf of the directors and shareholders through Pedro Equip limited Board
decision.
• To look at other sustainable business investment opportunities outside
Merchandising industry for long term benefits for the landowners.

9.1 Managing Director
He oversees the overall management of the company. He acts upon the Boards
corporate decision. He has a wide experience in the field of
building/maintenance and general merchandising, marketing, finance and business

9.2 Field Operations Manager
The Field Manager has more than 15 years of work experience and has worked in
different capacities of Commerce and Business management. He processes Bachelor
Degree in Business Management from the University of Papua New Guinea and has
taken up senior positions in the Public & Private Sectors and well versed with
government financial policies & processes.
9.3 Public Relations & Business Development Manager
This program of activities will be in two parts:
9.3.1
Firstly, under Business Development, emphasis will identify various opportunities for
spin-off business activities to be used by the company/ or in a case of a landowner
company under the National Government Special support Grants (SSG). It will involve
identification of feasibility documents for various income earning opportunity which
will be supported by the conduct of support training in small to medium business
skills, book keeping, marketing, project proposal write up and personal viability.

Secondly, the Public Relation Manager ensures that the company’s customer and
Public relationship is maintained at all times and the company’s business gets the best
market value and that customers are satisfied.
Qualification &Expertise: He will be coordinating certain projects. He possess a
Bachelor in social & Anthropology at the UPNG and further earned an MBA Master in
Business Administration with wide experiences in areas of planning, implementation &
training & a number of years as a result of the improve incoming earning, better
health and education facilities, possible culture and environmental disturbances to the
surrounding environment may emerge from the LNG project and the establishment of
the new township.
9.4 Sales & Marketing
Possess Sales & Marketing qualifications with five years or more in work experience.
His duties are to ensure door to door/office sales. Ensure the company’s customer
relationship is maintained at all times and that the company’s business gets marketed
at the best price satisfactory to the customer and likewise the company.
9.5 Manager Import/export (Established partner-Indonesia)
The Manager Gibson Leo is responsible for the company’s imports of goods and
services to the country and that they are well protected and coordinated to ensure it
arrives in time and safe to our location before displacement to our valued customers.
Also he is responsible that the overseas goods and services for our clients arrive in the
country on time. The company has warehouse in Jakarta next to Tagungperok port in
Indonesia with two employees and one export manager.

project area.

building/pluming/painting/electrical and merchandising item only to mining and oil/gas
industrial area only.
