To achieve the above aims of the Company, a heavy
demand is placed on the employees in respect of ethical
practices, disciplined conduct and a high degree of
dedication and diligence. All the managerial and staff level
employees must be motivated by the same principles
which will enable them to perform in unison in their
respective spheres of activities.
With a view to creating that ‘UNISON’, it is necessary to

An employee on Special Unpaid Leave (SUL) will not be entitled to any financial benefit
during the leave or for the leave period.
Time taken for SUL shall not be counted towards seniority or length of service that are used
to determine pay increase, promotion, leave or other rewards.
