Managed a large scale CUCM 10.5 and Unity server with 115 branch locations and
Headquarters for 6000 employees. There were 300 trouble tickets when he hired in late
June. Rapidly took ownership of tickets and reduced the tickets to less than 20 trouble
tickets by end of July.

Engineering a Light Gig solution for ATT. Design a product to replace the existing
copper. Utilized the AutoCAD tool to produce design for ATT across the Midwest and
South region of the United States.

Supported of a Cisco network for a cutting edge online marketing firm. Rapid growth of a

o VML partners and associates utilized a Cisco AP solution
o Troubleshot several challenging problems on the AP solutions.
o Constant challenge of dynamic wireless solution with increasing loads and

replaced.
o Recommended that cabling in backup facility needed to be replaced since
runs were from mid 1990s.
UPS batteries for switches s were replaced. The replacement batteries had been
onsite for 2 years.

IP Network Engineer
Rip and Replace equipment in 34 different markets across the northern and the West
Coast of the United States. This challenge also included a challenge to replace
equipment in Puerto Rico.
Built out Core and Satellite sites to provide improved customer experience.

Subject matter expert of 2G data platform at 110 switch sites. Replaced the
vendor to establish 99.999 percent reliability.
Added servers for team to automate a complex solution for 3 G services.
o Supported a SQL server that provided a configuration script within 2
minutes to any element Starent/Cisco ST 15000 within the network.
o Built terminal services for remote management of servers located at the
switch locations.
