Verisei Consulting is a full-service management consulting firm. Our value proposition centers
around business professors. We use business professors much like a partner in a traditional
consulting arrangement. We form a team around the professor to executeon the professor’s
behalf.
Duties and responsibilities –Managing Director (MD)
The city managing director is the lead role within the geographic market they are located in. This
role reports directly to the President ofVerisei Consulting. The responsibilities include:
 Business Developmentand Marketing - Primary responsibility is business
development marketing. The MD handles all marketing activities, as well as, filling
the sales pipeline. Examples include: events, digital marketing, face-to-face
meetings, on-siteclientmeetings, etc.
 Channel Partner –Manage the relationships with the professors in the market.
 Client Partner –Manage the execution ofclient projects. Ensure quality and
timeliness ofdeliverables. Manages the execution resources across all clients in the
geographic region
 P&L Manager – Manage the P&L for the market. Manage costs and top line
growth. Negotiate contracts with clients, professors.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
 Education: University degree required advanced degree or MBA highly preferred
 Specialized knowledge:Existing knowledgeor experience working with Universities
 Skills: Technical business skills including marketing analytics, pricing, statistics, and
data analytics
 Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Start-up mentality.
Driven, adaptable, great communication skills
 Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience. Previous consulting experience is a plus.
P&L experience is a plus. Marketing, strategy, or finance background is a plus.
