• Allen-Bradley® PLC-based control system with user friendly touchscreen
• Variable frequency drive for precise speed control
• No bag, no fill feature uses vacuum sensor to detect missing pouch, reduces wasted product
• No fill, no seal feature can cycle pouches back to fill station, reduces wasted pouches
• Easy to clean wipe down design
• 20 product setups available via the touchscreen
• Bottom bag opener vacuum cups
• Bag inflator for opening of bottom gusseted bags
• Sealing bars with PLC controlled temperature loops
• Seal cooling bars at discharge station
• Available options include: date coding and mounting hardware, gas flush, dust removal, multiple station product
settlers, mechanical pinch and pull zipper opener, 6, 7, 8, or 10 stations configuration, Simplex or Duplex design

(patented).
• Cylinder type gripper is an inherent robust design and prevents dirt from
building up - sanitary design for food packaging.
• Spring inside gripper design prevents corrosion and dirty springs, as well
as eliminates the risk of a broken spring falling into a pouch.
• Easy pouch size changeover in 5 minutes.
• Horizontal movement of gripper pusher prevents grippers from bending
(patented).
• Electrical cabinet is on top of machine to prevent water and dust from
easily entering.
• No springs with mechanical cams reduce vibration and bouncing at high
speeds which results in less maintenance.
• Automatic grease pump for central lubrication of mechanical
cams is a standard feature.
