Avatar vertical form- ll-seal (VFFS) machines provide exible solutions to a variety
of industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, food and beverage.
By utilizing polyethylene and laminate lm structures, Avatar VFFS is capable of
producing pillow, gusseted, at-bottom and even custom containers.
Seamlessly integrating with lling equipment, Avatar VFFS can ll virtually any
product. Additional packaging equipment can be integrated to achieve a desired
packaging line such as checkweighers, metal detectors, and printers.

Avatar A-1200 VFFS
The Avatar A-1200 VFFS is capable of
forming and lling bags measuring 2”
x 2” to 8” x 14” at speeds of up to 65
cycles per minute. The A-1200 provides
accurate, ef cient packaging of pillow,
guesseted, hole-punch, and custom
pouches. Supported laminate lm and
unsupported polyethylene stocks can
be easily handled with lm thickness
up to 0.006”. Features include 7-inch
