- 7. How can we encourage attendance at PT meetings? 1. Plan meeting dates in advance. Have a fixed date and time. Once agreed then don't change it. Suggest 6 months’ block calendar 2. Send Agenda out in advance. 3.Suggest 3 days’ to include current projects 4. Communicate meeting dates in advance and send reminders the day before. 5. Make the environment positive & productive. 6. Start and end on time.
- 8. How can we encourage attendance at PT meetings? 6. CARE CALL . Send "We missed you" text message from all PT members in attendance for those absent. 7. Circulate minutes of the meeting within 24 hours. 8. Have clear Guidelines to get accountability – no punitive action
