• Manage five separate business units and their IT departmental projects by organizing resources, prioritizing tasks
and dependencies and establishing timelines to meet expected deadlines. Communicate project statuses to project
team as well as stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Schedule and Coordinate companywide system upgrade for all business units (including 12 managers
internationally). After detailed analysis and testing of the upgrade, I trained all employees so they could continue to
run daily processes with minimal interruption.

• Create a release schedule for IT, Daily Project Status Reports, Project Deadline guides as a process development
effort for Business Analysis, Quality Assurance and Project Releases.
• Strategically implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system- Microsoft Dynamics AX- across all
business units including Manufacturing, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service, etc. through analysis of daily
processes and functions.
• Research business requirement solutions in the system, then incorporate those solutions and train users on the new
process. Responsible for testing Dynamics AX and integrating capabilities with StoneEdge (order management
software) and our in-house grown systems.
• Ensure quality control for 18 developers by testing weekly software releases and daily issues pertaining to system
applications. Assess progress and outcome through documentation like unit testing, user acceptance criteria, and
unit integration testing.
• Since I established QA and Release schedule process, our bugs have decreased by 65% while our productivity and
deadlines have been met 40% more accurately.
• Executed 913 different test projects and troubleshot 904 defects. Defects are immediately escalated to the
corresponding developer to resolve, ensuring a successful release meeting client expectations.
• Troubleshoot system related issues by leading business process investigations and running SQL queries to find
bugs in the code.
• Coordinate weekly project software releases between the programmers and the business units. On average, I
coordinate 3 separate project releases a week for each of our 4 major departments.
