The sage represents wisdom
and being fully in the moment.

from the present.

The inquirer questions and
interrogates assumed truths.
They ask deep questions that
demand contemplative
answers. They are one part
reporter, another part
therapist.

6. The Convener
The convener is a host and
anticipates the needs of others.
They understand the
importance of space and space
holding; realizing the space
we share is an active member
of an experience.
The Convener asks many questions including:

7. The Alchemist
The alchemist is an
experimenter, testing
and learning at all costs.
They are never afraid to fail
in the pursuit of knowledge;
confident the best work comes
only from countless hours of
experimentation.
The Alchemist asks many questions including:

8. The Confidant
The confidant is a listener
with the ability to observe
and absorb. They keep
confidences private to create
a sense of safety and strength
for those around them.
They hear to listen instead
of simultaneously planning

9. The Seeker
The seeker is daring, confident,
and fearless. They are a
boundless explorer, living
outside of their comfort zone
and embracing new challenges.

10. The Cultivator
The cultivator is committed
to nurturing with purpose
and intentionally growing.
They understand the greater
