Ethan Trudick has been hired as the new Product Development Leader for HEXPOL Compounding's Kardoes Rubber facility in Lafayette, AL, reporting directly to General Manager Omar Guifarro. Ethan will complete a one-year training program at the Burton, OH campus to learn about quality processes, R&D, production, cost savings, and leadership before moving to the Alabama facility. Ethan has been hired for the full-time position of Product Development Leader with HEXPOL
Compounding’s Kardoes Rubber in Lafayette, AL effective Monday, May 22, 2017. This position
reports directly to Omar Guifarro, General Manager.
Ethan will be based at the Burton, OH campus to complete a one year training program prior to
moving to the Kardoes campus in Alabama. He will receive training in various Quality processes,
Research & Development, Production processes, cost savings initiatives, and leadership training just
to name a few.
