Hugo Sandberg has accepted a new role as Director of Sales – Tire & Retread for HEXPOL Compounding, NAFTA effective June 1, 2017. He will lead commercial steering for OEM and after market tire customers and combine the former Tire-Tolling Director role and sales function of Robbins LLC. Hugo joined Excel Polymers in 2006 and helped lead Robbins LLC since 2014, transforming the company through innovations and cultural growth.

Hugo Sandberg
Hugo Sandberg has accepted a new role as Director of Sales – Tire & Retread effective June 1, 2017.
He will lead the commercial steering for the OEM and after market segment of our Robbins LLC and
OEM Tire customers, reporting directly to Tracy Garrison, President & CEO HEXPOL Compounding,
NAFTA. He will be combining the former Tire-Tolling Director role and sales function of Robbins LLC.
In 2006, he joined Excel Polymers and became responsible for the performance of the transportation
business unit and all branding activities before Excel was acquired by HEXPOL in 2010. With HEXPOL,
he fulfilled a leading sales role and began assisting with the leadership of Robbins LLC in 2014. During
his time as a member of the Robbins team, he has helped transform the company with innovative
improvements and cultural growth. Having experienced several other companies of varying sizes and
diverse industries, Hugo loves the culture of HEXPOL and the continued learning environment.
