Jim Mason
Jim Mason will assume a broader role as Regional Controller effective May 29, 2017, for all US
campus’ which use SAP as their IT Platform (BUR, JOB, DYR, SFS, KEN, MOG). The purpose is to
coordinate Forward Steering and Cost Management best practices. This includes the planning,
analysis, cost & delta management as well as financial strategic initiatives for NAFTA. Jim will also
continue his role as Financial Manager for the Burton Campus, reporting to John Gorrell Burton
General Manager with dotted line reporting to Ernie Ulmer NAFTA CFO.
Jim was born in England and lived there until he moved to the United States when he was 17 years old.
Jim started as a plant controller at the Burton plant in January 1980 and has been there for 37 years.
Jim has been married to his wife Paula for 44 years and has one daughter Marybeth. His hobbies
include golfing, being with his family, and watching his favorite soccer team Manchester United.
