            o Field sales position responsible for acquiring new logos in the greater Philadelphia region
            o Teamed with inside team to upsell current Level 3 customer base

            o Outside Sales - Responsible for visiting, managing, and maintaining a module of 30 customers
            o The customers in this senior level position are considered Verizon’s most elite and largest accounts
            o Accounts are among Verizon’s highest TBR customers
            o Had to project manage many large purchases until they were installed correctly and customer approved

            o Field sales position - Responsible for managing, maintaining, and selling to a module of 250 Medium Business
                customers
            o Was very successful in upgrading my current customer base by creating new logos for Verizon and winning back
                services from our competition
            o Achieved over 125% of quota attainment at the end of 2010 and 2011
            o Won, “Top Sales Person for the Month”, multiple times in 2011 for selling between 250 to 300% of my monthly
                quota objective
            o Was a mentor for my peers and coached project management principals to help the center be more efficient in
                their operations

            o Responsible for managing a team of 9-12 Account Managers
            o Responsible for production, forecasting, time and project management
            o I took the lowest performing team in our sales channel and had to implement a strategy to develop a results-
                oriented, winning team
            o The strategy was focused on managing out the unresponsive team members and adopting new, driven sales
                professionals, who were eager for the opportunity to succeed in a challenging environment

            o Won trips, to both the Grammy’s and the NCAA Final Four Championship, for my sales accomplishments

            o Promoted to a Sales Manager, after 18 months in the Account Manager role
