Served as a strategic business partner to Regional Vice President and staff, aligning HR Competencies with current
business trends in order to drive overall profitability. Supported 18 store locations, providing comprehensive HR
support in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition & management, compensation, employment
law/compliance, benefits, organizational effectiveness, and learning & development.
• Coached Regional staff on leveraging analytics to collaboratively align messaging, performance manage,
