2.  Our MD, Shri. Anand Mahalunkar Post Graduate in Management started SAPL in 2010 with
single machine set –up. Today SAPL boasts of SIX PDC & Ten CNC machines in-house &
with additional outsourcing facility.
 SAPL have a strong management as well as experienced technical team to handle critical
components in large volume.
 SAPL is a OEM supplier & can process around 120MT of aluminum castings per month.
 SAPL is ISO certified company and Practicing TPM, 5S and Six Sigma.

3.  Own land & buildings. Area – 15000 Sq ft. comprising three bays. Additional space is available for
expansion.
 The company is ISO certified & incorporated in April 2010.
 Expected Turn over of Rs. 20 Crores during FY 2016-17
 The components in production are precision & critical auto parts.
 Technically sound & experienced team have proved bench mark in enhancing Productivity,
reducing Rejection and Delivery as per need of customer.
 The component like WHEEL CLUTCH is supplied 1.5 lac plus per month & are maintaining the quality
standards with average rejection level below 0.5 %, despite it is a very critical transmission component.
 WHEEL CLUTCH UPGRADE is a single source supply & we have maintained the production line of
ETL, Aurangabad, without interruption.
 Our parts are supplied to the major Automobile manufacturer in India like Bajaj,Mahindra,Piagio,Royal
Infield.
