I am an experienced lawyer in cooperate legal practice and consultancy with
specialization in due diligence, corporate law, and analysis, legal drafting and
conveyance, Administrative law and practice. Having worked with the public
sector and the private sector, my experience and skills will add value to any

While at the National Assembly Abuja, I was saddled with the following
responsibilities thus;

3. Corporate Analysis on any draft bill before the National Assembly to
avoid duplicate of laws.
4. Legal opinion on all Bills and Motions.
5. Organise and supervise the Administrative working on all other aides.
6. Due Diligence and note taking on the Implementation of the National
Budget.
7. Raise observation and give legal advice on formulation of budgets for
Ministries, Department and Agencies.
