Management of the permitting process and the tracking down of the illegal foreigners who are
in country unlawful and in contravention of the Immigration laws of the country. Ensure that
immigration officers under my supervision work in accordance with the legislative framework.
Supervision of subordinates. Assisting in the human resources functions related to the
immigration officers.
Dealing with the Human Resources functions for the employees under my control in terms of
all the legislative and regulatory framework of the South African Public Service
Management of the arrest, detention and deportation of illegal foreigners for the entire
Province of North West. Management of the permitting process and the tracking down of the
illegal foreigners who are in country unlawful and in contravention of the Immigration laws of
the country. Ensure that immigration officers in the entire North West Province under my

Managing the ports of entries of the North West Province to ensure that the movement of
travellers in done in terms of the required prescripts.
Provide guidance to the entire Immigration function in terms of the interpretation of the Acts
and Regulations of the Department assisting in the human resources functions related to the
immigration officers. Provide leadership, guidance and advise to the entire immigration
component
Provide legal advise and legal opinions to strategic business units ( SBU) on all the Acts of
Parliament and Regulations administered by the Department. Assisting in the drafting of
standard operations procedures, circulars and regulations for the business units. Drafting and
editing of primary and secondary legislations of the Department. Drafting of International
Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Contracts and Memorandum of Understanding
related to the Department. Interpretation of all the Acts of Parliament administered by the
Department. Provide advice on the interpretation and application of the Constitution of the
RSA, Promotion of Access to Information Act, Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, 2001 to
the services rendered by the Department of Home Affairs.
Provide vetting services in respect of all documents that might have legal implications as
drafted by line functionaries.
Assist in the drafting and vetting of all departmental policies, standard operating procedures
and policy frameworks for all strategic business units of the Department.
CURRENTLY SELF EMPLOYEMENT

Duties and Responsibilities: Providing commercially-focussed tax and business advise
services to a wide range of clients . Devising tax- efficient strategies for individual tax payers
and small, medium and micro enterprises (SMMEs) in the Pretoria West area.
Helping SMMEs and individuals create strategies for dealing with their financials and their
budgetary planning issues. Advising and consulting with clients in order to provide advise
about tax legislation, e.g. ensuring businesses and assets are properly structured to minimise
the incident of paying more in tax. Assisting clients in the preparation of their tax returns even
though I was not taking the returns physically to the South African Revenue Services.
Calculating tax liability, ensuring compliance is completed speedily, and submitting of returns
and associated documents by the appropriate deadlines.
Sourcing of clients and building the client base of the company . Assisting clients with ad hoc
duties including providing advise on their financial matters, like assisting them with their
bookkeeping , maintaining of financial records and the sound money management of their
finances. Performing basic bookkeeping duties such as coding, recording, posting and
processing of the day to day transactions of all small businesses. Processing of their accounts

such as recording and posting transactions in journals and the ledger accounts. Prepare and
issuing of invoices for the business, keeping of records for the Encoded Millionaire Consulting.
