My future interests still lie in legislative drafting,arbitration,counseling,advocacy in children,constitutional
and human rights matters and much more.My vision, goals and ambition for the future is to become an
icon in my profession, particularly in my chosen path as enumerated in my C.V. In addition, I am looking

a) I draft Primary and Secondary Legislation
b) I am involved in the drafting and amendment of all executive bills for subsequent passage
by the State House of Assembly;
c) I draft Orders, Proclamations, Regulations, Rules of Court and related instruments;
d) I draft Legal Notices and other form of subsidiary legislation emanating from the Executive
Arm;
e) I constantly participate and contribute to the periodic review of the Laws of Ogun State of
Nigeria and make proposals for the enactment of new laws and the amendment or repeal
of existing laws in line with extant international guidelines,treaties,protocols and
conventions;
f) I act as Secretary to the Committee set up to collate and review the Laws of Ogun State
of Nigeria on a regular basis;
g) I draft Executive Council Conclusions/Resolutions on State Policies and Directives

h) I am grossly involved in the preparation and vetting of all Executive Council Memoranda
which entail the making of new legislation or the amendment of existing legislation;
i) I serve as liaison between the Executive Arm and the House of Assembly in legislative
matters;
j) I draft and vet Bye- Laws on behalf of Local Governments in the State;
k) I draft complex commercial agreements, Memoranda of Understanding(M.O.U.),
corporate merger agreements, Mortgage and land documents
l) I render advisory services to the State Government, its Ministries, Parastatals,
Corporations and quasi-governmental bodies, the Local Governments and their Officers
and Government owned Companies in matters involving negotiations which may lead to
the drafting of any commercial document, the execution of works, the engagement of the
services of consultants or the initiation of a Project;
m) I assist and work with the Solicitor-General & Permanent Secretary(Ministry of Justice;
Ogun State of Nigeria) and the Director Legislative Drafting in improving drafting and
office practice and procedures;
n) I assist and Advise the Attorney-General and the Solicitor-General in collating, assessing
and analyzing data on legislative,civil,criminal and human rights matters;
o) I draft, oversee and advise on the implementation of Government’s blueprint on the
Directive Principles of State Policy for the Ministry of Women Affairs;
p) I participate in analyzing and clarifying policy proposals for government departments on
legislative and commercial matters;
q) I assist in planning and implementing Government blueprint for the effective operation of
the Public Defender and Citizens’ Rights Department;
r) I represent the Government on the Family Court panel for the proper implementation of
Orders, directives and rulings regarding women, children and custodial issues;
s) I am involved in the resettlement of abused and displaced minors and young persons;
t) I contribute to the periodical review of primary and secondary legislation;
u) I participate in the work of the Ogun State (Nigeria) Aids Control Agency-(OGSACA) as
Consultant on all matters relating to the HIV and AIDS pandemic and especially on the
rights of PLHA and PABA,PLHIV and other issues relating to VCT;
v) I serve as Consultant and Legal Counsel to the Ogun State Emergency Management
Agency(SEMA) in matters relating to the rights and resettlement of displaced persons;
w) I draft and Vet Commercial/Contractual Agreements between Government and various
Non-Governmental bodies like International Donor Agencies, Non - Governmental
Organizations Contractors, Engineering Firms, and Telecommunications Companies
(MTN;GLO,AIRTEL ) in matters relating to Corporate Social Responsibilities et al..
x) I draft and vet Commercial Agreements involving the Governments, its Agencies and third
parties;
y) I advise on the modalities of appointing external solicitors for Government-owned
companies and corporations;
z) I instruct, liaise and work with external solicitors and legislative draftsmen;
aa) I draft partnership agreements relating to Government involvement with the banking, oil
and gas, downstream and upstream operations and allied industries;
bb) I advise Government Companies and agencies on proper compliance with extant laws
and regulations;
cc) I advise and guide the Government on issues relating to I.C.T. and Trans-border civil and
criminal maters
dd) I initiate, take over and prosecute Criminal Cases on behalf of the State in both the
Magistrate Courts and the State and Federal High Courts;
ee) I institute, handle and conclude civil cases on behalf of the State Government, its
Ministries, Parastatals, Corporations and Officers, the Local Governments and their
Officers, in the Magistrate Courts, the State High Courts or the Federal High Court;

ff) I defend the State Government, its Ministries, Parastatals, Corporations and Officers, the
Local Governments and their Officers and Police in civil cases instituted against them in
the Magistrate Courts, the State High Court or the Federal High Court;
gg) I handle Appeals arising from (a) above in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court
hh) I render Legal Advice to the State Government, its Parastatals and Corporations, the
Local Governments and the Police on administrative, civil, criminal and quasi - criminal
matters;
ii) I render advisory services to the Ogun State Government of Nigeria, Ministries,
Departments and Agencies in matters involving pre-contractual negotiations and the
engagement of consultants to undertake certain legally binding obligations for
government;
jj) I act as Company Secretary to registered commercial entities, prepare notices and set
agenda for meetings, take minutes of meetings and circulate same to stakeholders, issue
public notices on resolutions reached at company meetings, etc.
kk) .I Draft company resolutions, file relevant papers with the Corporate Affairs Commission
and lodge necessary compliant papers with relevant commissions and agencies

performance of subordinate professional and administrative officers;
