I have known Rachel Kirby since 2002 when she started
working at Walmart with me. She actually began as an
associate who was working under me and I participated in her
training. She was promoted soon to be a Department Manager
and then she was promoted to be an Assistant Manager.
Rachel is a great person to work with in any capacity. She
learns what comes her way and uses that knowledge to help
train others and to grow in the business at hand.
I have witnessed Rachel develop from being a trainee who I
was training to being a supervisor whom I respect and who has
the respect of others in the workplace. She is very adaptable to
unpredictable situations that may arise, and she always
smoothly deals with them.
I have worked in retail for over 30 years and Rachel is one of
the most highly respected coworkers as well as supervisors I
have worked with in that time.
